Burger King -  LaSalle,

Have been a regular customer but no more. Years ago I was told to always order off the broiler to ensure a nice juicy hot burger, even more important when taking home. Visited today and ordered 4 Whopper w/Cheese Off Broiler. Yes, I understand it will take a few minutes longer and am wiling to wait for a hot burger vs cold one. Finally the burgers show up and slide into some existing burgers. Specifically one that had been sitting there for the 5 minutes I had been waiting. Staff at first denies that any cold burger was sitting there - both myself and another customer say NO. Then another staff tries to say they don't store any waiting burgers on that side either. To that we again say they are incorrect as we saw it with our own eyes. Server tries to say all burgers are marked as O/B and with that took my order and left. Got home and 3 of the 4 burgers were COLD and were NOT marked as O/B. Not sure what they were trying to pawn off on me here but no way were they Off Broiler. There was obviously a problem at the counter yet no senior member of the BK Team took ownership of the problem and there was no manager in sight. You lost a regular customer today.

I go here quite often and always get the cheese whopper with poutine. Always hot, fresh and tasty!...the fries are fresh and crispy, and with the gravy and cheese curds, just awesome!!!

I suspect this one in particular was modeled after a prison cafeteria. Staff is always dour, sullen, and unconcerned about the quality of the food or the state of the restaurant.

I ate here on my way home from work and it was solid. You get what you expect here. A good burger with fries.

Not a fan of fast food, and got what was to be expected. Place seemed a little dirty, but they all do.
