Vegan options couple pizza this had mandel ricotta with truffle oil

I am in the usually not the biggest fan of vegan meat, but I had the vegan meatballs with mandel ricotta and wow was so good! as an appetizer I had the vegetable lemon, note that this is vegetarian, but can be made vegan. brot with olive oil and garlic for the table is also delicious!

Beautiful dining room with helpful and accommodating staff. we had the roasted beet salad and the vegan chicken parmigiana. fortunately we have divided our meal, as the portions are very generous. the pasta and sauce were perfectly cooked. the chicken was delicious and very full. the dish was made with the right amount of vegan mozzarella topped. one of the best culinary experiences we had on this trip to vegas.

How does that saying go again? I forgot after eating at this restaurant. My vegan cannelloni was ok. I was super excited to try vegan ricotta at a Wynn restaurant and simply wasn’t impressed. To put it the best way I know how, the food was ok. For the amount of money, it should be spectacular. I believe it as $23 for a three cannelloni baked dish.
