Take an Uber and eat at the cafeteria style restaurant at Whole Foods. For every dish, the ingredients are labelled. Then buy a few staples to have later at your hotel like fruits, snacks etc. Located in a Shopping Center you can wander around in.
Used this a few times for breakfast and snacks. Easy to get to on the bus. Seating to eat here. Coffee ordering a little slow when we were there. But there is a good choice of food and none of it tasted awful.
For travelers like myself, Whole Foods is a refuge for the familiar and healthy choices. And as the many others I’ve visited, this LV location has its own character. There is that remarkable Asian Hotfood kiosk preparing interesting hot and cold foods; ranging from the usual sushi/sashimi to Thai/Viet rolls, to noodle bowls. The one I recommend is the salmon teriyaki (without the rice, my option), large chunks of salmon with blanched bokchoy and Asian veggies. It can be prepared vegan. Their wine selections are commendable, I couldn’t believe they have vintage Barolos!
Located in Town Square. This is a very good place to buy quality groceries. The prices are higher than a typical supermarket. The service was excellent on this visit. I will return soon.
