Wendy's - Las Vegas

Wendy worsts ever! the girls in the window were rude and hastened to order us. we then waited for 10 minutes to eat, while the girls in the window only chat and my eating sat right there! when they finally gave us our food, the driving thru line was out of control and the eating was so cold! I wanted to go inside to get stuck, but they were rude again and I wasn't in the mood to wait another 10 minutes for cold eating.

Extremely slow. Order was wrong. We were back on the Highway when I got out the food. I am Celiac, ordered a lettuce wrap number one, it was on a bun. We stopped a ways down the road so I could something else to eat.

Middle of a Monday. Waited half hour for 2 orders. Seemed to be prioritizing the drive through. Watched them lock the front door when the line got long inside and by long, I mean 4 groups of people. Trying to get fast food while driving through. Not worth it AT ALL.

Worst Wendy's in the world. Dirty lobby with trash overflowing the basket. Rude and uncaring staff who won't refund your money if after you order they run out of stock. Poorly managed and inconsistent hours. A total disgrace and this dump isn't worth even 1 star. Avoid this place as there are better alternatives located within a block.

Incredibly slow. Our drive through experience took 31 minutes from entrance to exit. However! The staff was very nice. The second star is ALL for the staff. Honestly, more robust training would fix this issue.
