The Blue Skillet - Las Vegas

Great little spot. Breakfast was delicious. Large portions. Very friendly staff.Vegetarian options: My daughter and son in law do not eat meat, they had no issues finding something on the menu.Parking: Lot is next to the restaurant and easy accessible.

Crispy hash browns, overeasy eggs cooked to perfection, cheesy omelettes, and the 4 cheese stuffed french toast.. yum-oh! Syrup not needed. Friendly and attentive staff make for great service by everyone! We will be back!Food: 5/5

Saw the rating for Blue Skillet and the pricing online looked great, so I took a party of 3 here for breakfast. The menu is huge, and the portions are too.The omelette looked like a small football it was so stuffed with meat. The crepes were beautiful, light, and the cheese filling was a marscapone style of sweet cheese which complimented the fruit and crepe well. Everyone complimented their dishes, including the coffee, which was very good a diner style cup.We ended up waiting about 15 minutes at 945 on a Saturday. The place was packed. Service was still very attentive, and our food came out quickly.Overall, excellent and affordable breakfast experience.

Update....This place is legit the best breakfast place in town. Excellent food. Excellent prices. Excellent service. Highly recommendFood: 5/5

Ordered and asked for only apple crepes and got mixed fruit. The crepes lacked flavor as well which is surprising because I usually get the blueberry pancakes which are fantastic. The Philly cheesesteak omelette lacked flavor as well. Never ordered on the weekend before. Not sure if it was a different chef or what. Very disappointed.
