During my last two visits, our servers were Bianca and Dan who were both friendly, attentive, and wonderful. If you're a beer lover, this is the perfect place for you as they have a wide variety of beers on their menu.
During my three-day stay at the property, I decided to try the pub that was advertised in my room. I ordered a $30 steak and Parmesan fries to go last night, which I would rate a 2. The meat was very tough and the styrofoam container it was packed in ruined the garlic Parmesan fries. The steak juice leaked onto the table, creating a mess. Today, I attempted to try the fish and chips but was turned away because they were too busy to serve to-go orders. I was not given a clear answer about when they would be able to serve hotel guests. However, I ended up finding Cafe Bottega on the other side of the casino and tried their handmade chips and chicken panini for $8.99, which was delicious and packed with flavor. Overall, despite the poor service at Pub 365, it led me to discover the exceptional service and food at Cafe Bottega.
Although it's a bit of a trek from the Venetian, the walk to the Pub inside the Tuscany hotel and casino is worth it. If you're not up for the walk, a rideshare or taxi will get you there for around $10-$12. The Tuscany hotel is a beautiful oasis, thanks to the hardworking groundskeepers and staff. I will definitely be considering staying at the Tuscany for my future Vegas visits. The staff at the Pub were incredibly friendly, the place was clean and welcoming, and the service was top-notch. Jose, my bartender, was amazing. He made me feel like a regular from the moment I walked in. The rest of the staff were just as friendly and welcoming, creating a fantastic experience. The atmosphere at the Pub was perfect, with great music from the TouchTunes jukebox and a diverse crowd of locals and tourists keeping things interesting. It was the ideal combination of a local bar and taproom. Plus, the food was delicious. This place is a hidden gem, and I'll definitely be returning. As Kenny Rogers sings in The Gambler, I've found a place I can truly enjoy.
Our server seemed very miserable and irritated with us from the beginning and was hardly around. the manager said 5 times in a row to pay our bar bill before moving to a table which made us feel like they didn't trust us. Food was ok.
What a surprise! Nestled in the Tuscany a block off the Strip, Pub 365 turned out to feature absolutely delicious food and top shelf service. We started with a local craft brew and a cocktail each, moved into the poutine then into sliders and the Cobb. The poutine was piled high, and I don't want to sound like I'm complaining but the too generous portion of pulled pork overpowered the gravy. Delightful chunks of curds found among nicely prepared fries. I'll definitely order that again. My Cobb was beautifully presented with a rainbow of toppings, generous servings of each; and my fiancee's sliders were demolished ... only slowed by the prospect of wanting to polish off the rest of the poutine. Hockey night so it was a little noisy [and hockey's not our preferred sport], and the tables were laid out strangely not optimized for couples and privacy nor for groups. But those observations are TRIFLES in comparison to the absolutely wonderful food and service experience.
