El Pollo Loco - Las Vegas

We bought a family dinner. They asked what kind of tortillas we wanted and still didn't give us the tortilla. This is the second time that our culinary experience was bad due to incomplete orders.

I visit El Pollo Loco several times every month, my favorite dish was the Chicken Nachos Combo, the chips and a drink for $5.49. Now they have a shrunk chicken nachos for $8.99, $3.50) more with NO drink or chips. The chicken is not as good as before, they have added more beans so that the chips quickly become soft and soggy. My order used to order Churros all for under $9.

The service is always super and friendly staff! The food is delicious and treated with care. Very recommended! The restaurant is clean and the service is fast!

I wanted to get something to eat, didn't even make a chicken. After 5 minutes standing in line to find out that you could have either a leg or a thigh.... You need to get some better management positions, were dirty people are unorganized. Looks like they use the same tongues to tilt raw chicken and cooked chicken. Don't come back to this place.
