Baskin-robbins - Las Vegas

Don’t go to Baskin Robbins on the 31st anymore if you're hoping for a frozen treat. The flavors were delicious, but I was shocked by the prices. I suppose we'll give it another try next year, as it seems we won’t be visiting regularly anymore since they didn’t inform us about ending a long-time promotion.

I bought a pint of ice cream along with two cones today and was really excited to find that my favorite flavor, Baseball Nut, was available in a pint, which is quite rare! However, after I paid, I asked the cashier if she could scoop my ice cream into the cones for me to take it to go, and she actually refused without providing any reason. I was really disappointed by the response since I just needed a simple scoop. I also had to ask for napkins, a spoon, and a bag! At the time, I was the only customer in the store, and there were three staff members on duty. It seemed like they were being lazy and lacked problem-solving skills. I won’t be returning to this location.

It's my daughter's favorite place! We love their strawberry cheesecake and the cookie dough is delicious!

Excellent service. In Vegas for the weekend and have come here twice. So nice to see a business and it?s staff go above and beyond to service its customers. That?s what real customer service is about. Congratulations to the owners of this location and its staff you have an amazing staff. Hope you knew this already.

I'm currently attending school right next to this place and decided to treat myself to an ice cream bowl. When I entered, there was a guy in front of me and two employees at the counter. I was puzzled as to why both of them assisted him. After he left, they didn’t even acknowledge me. Instead, they helped a white woman who had just walked in after making me wait what felt like 15 minutes. One of the employees did mention to his coworker that I was there first, but I felt ignored and frustrated. It seemed like they only prioritized certain customers. Their customer service was lacking, especially towards me. It’s disappointing to see such treatment based on who you are.
