Roberto's Taco Shop - Las Vegas Strip

I have ordered from this restaurant twice now, both times opting for the breakfast burrito. The first time I noticed that the burrito was smaller than what I have received at other locations, but I didn't think much of it. Although the flour tortilla wasn't the best, I still managed to eat it. However, upon ordering it again, I was disappointed to find that the flour tortilla was hard and stale. There were hardly any potatoes in the burrito, and the ones that were there were also stale and dry. I couldn't help but wonder if they had been thrown around on the floor before being used. It seems like the cooks at this location on Fort Apache need to be replaced. I strongly advise against eating here.

The beef enchilada burrito at this restaurant is incredibly delicious.
