The chili was fantastic! The buns were also excellent. It was the best I've had in a long time!

My husband sometimes takes me to this place when he's in the mood for a hot dog. The staff has been friendly and attentive over the past few years. I've never dined inside, only used the drive-thru. Overall, I've consistently received excellent customer service.

I had the worst customer service experience at this restaurant. Where do I even begin? I ordered a #7, but my chili cheese dog was missing. Two of my chili cheese fries barely had any cheese on them. I ordered 20 cheddar peppers, and I even had to pay extra for the dipping ranch—unbelievable! To top it all off, I ordered three small drinks, and they were never given to me. When I informed the staff that they had forgotten the drinks, one of the women asked for my receipt, which I never received. Her response was dismissive and filled with attitude, as if it was my fault. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

Terrible experience. The girl running the drive through named Karina is the rudest drive thru person I've ever had the displeasure of interacting with. Idk who hired her but she should not be interacting with people since she clearly doesn't know how to talk to them.
