Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Larose

I have to say I am highly disappointed in the service at this location. First, I place an order that is currently advertised both online and in store, and am told they no longer offer it. Second, I ordered coleslaw...out, ok then Mac and Cheese...out...all while being talked to like a child by someone whom I could only assume was barely over 18. On top of it all, what I finally could and did order...they still screwed up...but at least it was good. Service: Take out

My food is cold didn't give me my right order i asked for a coke but food kept getting colder they scammed me out of $20 cause they thought that i was older fell victim to a scam my family full of scolders

It's even years since I visited the Mathews La Popeyes because of their service. First time I drove up to the window, no one in front of me, no one come over the intercom. So I blow the horn some one day be with you in a minute. At this point it's going on 10 minutes another 10 because I'm timing it. So I drive to the window and a car leaves the window. Do I ask to place my order the girl at the window say I have to go back in line because someone else was at the window and could not take my order. So I left and haven't gone back until today. Grand kids here so I'll give them a chance. I give my order, can't understand the girl at the window I giver her 51 dollars she says it's 60.54 . So I give her a 20 that naked 71. She gives me back 4 . So I don't argue. I get home and realize they shorted me a large fry and large red beans. So I pack things up and head back there. Tell them what I was shorted. She say drive to the window. Hands me a bag with what I was shorted. I proceed to ask her what about the rest of my order because now it's getting cold. She ask you want fresh chicken and are you willing to wait 20 minutes. I think there not enough chicken for my order. They ask me to pull up. Then 2 cars pull and leave. So I go in say I want my money back. They argue. Asked for fresh chicken, I said I asked for hot chicken. It turned ugly. I left with no chicken and shorted money also. Raceland,La has the worst service and customer satisfaction will never go there again! They don't deserve any stars but that's the lowest I can go.

I'm traveling through town and was turned away because all I have is one $100 bill. Apparently no one in this town accepts them. DO NOT EVER STOP IN THIS TOWN!! Rudest bunch of people I have ever met. Received a nasty email from a person in this town which just proves my point even more. Rudest town in the United States.

Slowest Popeyes I've ever encountered. I don't know what these employees do, need new management!
