We were informed that this staff member was deemed too young to use the oven, but not too young to exhibit good manners, be polite, empathetic, and apologetic. Unfortunately, the 1-star rating is due to the manager arguing with a customer over a cold pizza, which is not acceptable customer service. It would have been a small cost to replace the pizza, but instead, they chose to be rude and patronizing. Not a great example of service.
A few weeks ago, I had no issues ordering a couple of pizzas over the phone using the landline. The young lady who helped me was very accommodating, especially with my request for a Gluten free pizza. However, when I tried to place an order again today, I was informed by Gary that I needed to use the app or go online to order. I find it disappointing that phone orders are no longer accepted, as it may be inconvenient for customers who do not have access to the internet or only have a landline. It also seems misleading to provide a phone number that cannot be used for ordering.
Whenever I ask my son what he wants to eat, nine times out of ten he says Domino's. The pizzas are consistently great and I can't help but agree with him. I have visited recently and the staff even knows my name now. It's a nice touch that adds to the overall pleasant experience.
I have always been a fan of Domino's Pizza, I believe it is the best pizza out there. Everything about it is fantastic and in my opinion, it is superior in every way. The stores are clean enough. The only downside is the cost, which is typical for any Domino's location. Overall rating: 4/5.
The pizza at this restaurant is always great. The reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I asked for BBQ pizza and received one with garlic instead. However, the staff was wonderful and the pizza was delicious and fresh.
