My glass of dos xx was empty twice and server did not bother to ask me of I wanted another one , I had to ask for my second one , service is terrible only about 6 tables and they take forever for refills, thanks but I will definitely stay with #LaLaguna

For many years going to this place with good service but this good Friday was the worst I placed my order by 11:30 am for 7:30 PM, but ,it wasn't ready until 8:45 PM. Then when I saw my order at home I was even more disappointed, it hardly had any shrimps and no crab and no shrimp sauce either. It was meant for 4 people but it was hardly enough.

It says they close at 9pm and I had been calling to place an order since 8:15pm. No one answered so I drove all the way to the zapata location and they were already closed. I called the one on San Dario at 8:33 and the lady didn’t want to take my order. She wanted me to go all the way over there which was going to take me longer. She didn’t take my order because of 3 mins. If I would have gone they would have not taken my order because of the time. Very rude! Not the first time I’ve had problems with this company.

We ordered the baked tilapia. it was very well cooked. not over boiled. not boiled. the waiter was so attentive. he even let us know he was on the break and that another server would help us. delicious meal. excellent environment

I ordered the crab-stuffed shrimp, which was excellent, while my wife had the tilapia, which she found to be good. The food deserves four stars, but unfortunately, the service detracted from the experience due to its slowness. Our server often vanished for extended periods.
