Carl's Jr. - Laramie

This Carls Jr is probably the worst I've ever been to. The staff was not friendly or welcoming when we placed our order. I rarely speak negatively about someone in public, but the employees here were terrible. My partner and I usually spend around $50 each time we visit Carls Jr, but this time we only spent $22. The food was mediocre at best, with tiny chicken nuggets and lukewarm fries. I was so annoyed that I almost suggested we go somewhere else, but there weren't any other options open at 11:20 PM. Overall, this was a disappointing experience.

The management at this restaurant needs improvement. One of the waitresses seemed more focused on her phone than helping customers. It was unclear if she was new or just not interested in serving, as the restaurant was not too busy. She then appeared to be in a bad mood, and was seen fixing her hair without washing her hands. The rest of the staff also appeared to have little to do. When I returned to eat, I ordered a chicken bacon and Swiss sandwich but it was missing the bacon. It was disappointing to receive such poor service overall.

The staff payed attention to my food allergies without me having to remind them. They made sure to read the order ticket carefully to avoid any mistakes that could be potentially dangerous. It's important for restaurants to take customers' dietary restrictions seriously to avoid any accidents.

Eating was hot and ready, and the cake was worth it definitiw. will be coming back soon
