I placed an order in the app and stupidly made it for the West Ave J store instead of East Ave J, I tried to call so I could cancel the order but was unable to get through. I placed another order at the East store because I didn't have time to drive to the other side of town, I had a sick fur baby at home and at that point if I had to pay for a sandwich I didn't get, so be it. Imagine my surprise when I received a phone call from the West store checking on why I hadn't picked up my order, I explained to Aaron what had happened and he immediately refunded me! I couldn't have been more surprised by this type of customer service, gives me hope for the world. Thank you, Aaron!! (Hope I spelled your name right.

The service was fantastic the last time I went and the food was delicious as per

Sandwich was great. We got one of the pretzel sidekicks and it sucked. It was hard almost like an cracker. I could have used it to knock someone out. Will never do it again. If I want a pretzel, I will go to Auntie Annies.

How can one not like this place? You can't delicious sandwiches and salads too.
