Little Caesars Pizza - Lancaster

This is the worst Little Caesars location I've been to. The food is never served on time, and the staff always seem unprofessional and provide poor customer service. I waited over an hour for my pizza, and I noticed at least 12 other customers experiencing the same issues. I ended up getting a refund, but I won't be returning. The problems here are always the same.

When I ordered my 2 pizzas that ever answered the phone, it made it so easy and I didn't even have to repeat myself, it was great and then I knew that the 2 pizzas arrived nice and hot, the order was right and that was incredibly the best tasting pizza I had in the time, can't wait until we know pizza again, exactly where to see thanks to small ceasars Next time

I was really disappointed with my experience at Little Caesars. It took an hour and 15 minutes to get a paprika and sausage pizza, and the employees seemed disinterested in their work. This made me question how good the food would actually be. Overall, I was quite unhappy with the service.

I decided to give them another chance on September 14, 2022, but nothing has changed. I placed an order online and was given an estimated time of 6:45. However, by 7:11, my order still hadn’t even been put in the oven! Now it’s 7:30, and everyone around me has been waiting at least 45 minutes or more. How is that even possible? It feels like their "hot and ready" promise is long gone. I won’t be returning; if you want to spend over an hour waiting for a pizza, this is the place to go.

Very UNDER staffed. I feel bad for the employees, poor management. The pizza portal no longer works, so it slows things down as well. . The pizza is average just like other LC's.
