Ihop - Lancaster

I just went to this IHOP with a large group with kids and adults. They were wonderful to us and extremely accommodating, helping us join tables, and making sure the kids got their meals right away. The waitstaff was wonderful and efficient despite beingshort-handed, and the food was excellent! I will gladly revisit this IHOP anytime I am in this area again. It is rare thesedays to have such wonderful service, and I was pleasantly surprised!

Just have to mention our server! Her name is Samantha and she was the absolute sweetest young lady. She was friendly and attentive and I just cannot praise her enough! Also, the food was very good and extremely affordable. Samantha you were awesome!Take care of yourself and your wonderful children!?

This is the worst I-hop I?ve been to. Although we were seated within 10 minutes that?s the only good thing that happened. We waited approximately for 10 minutes before waitress came over. Tried to order Strawberry milk shake they had no ice cream. Myhusband ordered coffee had to wait because there was no coffee made. After giving our order I unwrapped my silverware, wish Ihadn?t was very dirty with lots of food stains. We waited approximately 20-25 minutes for food to be served. Food not great.Not very hot. I would have understood if restaurant was crowed it wasn?t. They are very short staffed and most of the stafflooked as if they didn?t want to be there. I will never return. I-hop was my favorite breakfast restaurant not any more. Alsorestaurant is not very clean very run down

Service was great, food was great. Only thing is that the restaurant was absolutely freezing and there were no hand towels in any of the bathroom stalls

Literally one of the best dining experiences we've ever had as a family. They were packed due to a massive party that came in, but still provided over the top service to everyone. The food was excellent, service was quick, and the place was immaculately clean. The AGM Gary was the most kind, charming person and took the experience from good to great for us. It was clear his staff respects and appreciates him because he gets his hands dirty wherever needed We will DEFINITELY be dining here again.Kid-friendliness: Great options for kidsParking: Plenty of parking
