Arby's - Lancaster

This Arby's has really gone downhill since the start of the pandemic. From closing at 7:00 and 8:00 for a year to the quality of the food being noticeably worse almost every single time that I go here then it used to be. I reviewed this place as a 4 threeyears ago, and I would give it 0 stars if I could today. It's expensive- though everywhere is. But the food just isn't good. Myorder today had burnt fries that have clearly been sitting out for God knows how long, a turnover that is just pure dough, and abrisket sandwich without two of the four ingredients it comes with. I spent $14 on this meal and I'm going to throw away about$12 of it because it's trash and that's where it deserves to be. Fix your s Arby's. Don't go here.

They seem to make their own hours. If you show up and they don?t feel like working anymore, they will turn out all the outside lights and shoe you away when you pull up to the driveway while they are outside smoking. This place is a joke.

The place always looks closed at night, all the lights off, sometimes someone will take your order, other times they say they're closed, it's a cr*p shoot, sign on the window says 10PM but has never been right. They could probably save a lot of money byjust closing at 6 every night and at least being consistent, rather than paying those kids that you can see are in there throughthe window to drink soda and goof off.

Turn to Wendy's Store 7006 at 5:35. Date 2-19-2021 we bought 29.20 value of food ..Got home and there were NO BEEF and CHEDDAR SANDWICH MISSING .. NOW IN ALLLY IN FOR YOUR RESULTS ....SO GAME HOME AND tries to call The phone was busty for the way over 30 minutes and still did not get, although we now live in Columbia, we need to drive 20 miles in this bad weather we had ...and still don't get it repaired...if will we be able to get straight? Order 303037 Ticket 337 p.s. it is now 6:35 pm still busy phone ..is this a way to a busy one and my food I have to heat up in the microwave. Not really delicious...also good business take the phone out of the hook or slot of Wrong Orders Witch is it??? Do you have a stop from them after 23 tries on the phone and there was phone for 1 2 minutes...???????
