Lovely granola and granola bar! i really appreciate the use of maple syrup vs honey to keep both items vegan-friendly. however the brownie was REALLY dense and awfully dry. probably wouldn't try again unless special ordered to guarantee freshness.

Found them at my local farmers market and my son is obsessed with their cinnamon raisin bread. Will be back!
Amaranth has the best gluten-free bread (we've tried so many others)! My go-to is their Fourseed loaf and lately I also love their Black Russian loaf. We also always include the thumbprint cookies (soft, moist and crumbly) and granola bars in our order too!
