Island Spices Caribbean Cuisine

Due to Covid it is 100 take-out but it's worth it. We strolled 3 blocks to the beach and dined at a picnic table. It smelled so good that a woman walking by asked where we got it so that she could go get some! Their J Chicken is amazing, not too hot although you could ask for more heat if desired. The beans and rice is so flavourful. The chicken falls off the bone. Coleslaw too, Although it's hard not to order the j chicken, the curried goat is great too. The patties are tasty too.

Effing delicious. Best j chicken I’ve had in a while. Made to order, nice and spicy, fresh slaw and soul filling rice and beans. Could have eaten this every day for a week.

Had the J dinner here and thoroughly enjoyed it. This is one of the few places that serves j chicken as it should be, spicy. The owner and his wife were wonderful to interact with. I would say the best thing about Island Spice Caribbean Cuisine is the small menu, no paralysis from too many choices here. I will definitely be paying them a visit the next time I am in Grand Bend.

Delicious, authentic Curry Goat, the meat is tender and falling off the bone. Grand Bend is lucky to have this place. The goat was only slightly spicy, so don’t be scared that all the food is as spicy as j chicken.

Fabulous food and lovely owners. Ordered for a large group and everyone love it.
