I’m not entirely sure how to even start this review, and I really hate to be “that person” because I totally get working in a fast paced customer service environment isn’t for everyone…which leads me to what I have to say. I always go to the same Starbucks location (daily, 1442 Fanshawe Park Rd, London Ontario, Canada)I use to LOVE it and made a point to only go to that location, I’m not sure what’s going on there anymore seeing in the last 5 weeks every single time that I’ve gone I’m never given the right drink order, or I’ll order a mobile order and be told they never received it and don’t have it, even though I have proof of purchase and double check the location each time. The evenings are the absolute worst and now I make a point to not go there at all in the afternoon/evenings because the baristas working are either gossiping about their coworkers or their boyfriends. I understand this is likely a fun job but for the love of god please just make a drink the way it’s been ordered.I use to correct the barista once my drink was handed to me, and now unfortunately I think I’ll just stay home and make my own coffee. It’s truly a shame that this has been happening so frequently, and not just to me.I’m not looking for a coupon or gift card or anything, I just wanted to bring it to someone’s attention that they might possibly rectify the situation and change the environment in that store.

Looks like this location is adapting to the Tim Horton's process of serving their in-house guests. I waited for 14 minutes for the staff of 3 to make a small caramel macchiato. About 20 cars were served VERY fast though in the same time it took to make my order.The staff never smiled or apologized for the long wait. Also (as per all Starbucks) all tables are full of 20-somethings all in joggers/loungewear and laptops using the free WiFi without seemingly ordering anything. Frustrating. It's like they have set up camp for an afternoon.Best hit a drive-thru if you need to go here. Don't expect a smile.
