Bought a $13 southwest salad bowl on DoorDash and I didn’t see a single bit of meat. Are you kidding me???So disappointed. Those veggies alone also aren’t worth $13.

Why did I pay $15 for someone to microwave me a meal.

The menu and food options are great especially if you’re vegan or vegetarian. I bought a wrap and a smoothie combo. The smoothie was delicious although the wrap could have been better. One side had sauce and tasted great but the other side with rice/quinoa was completely bland tasting and had zero sauce. I’ll eat here again but next time I’ll ask them to put sauce on both sides.

I really enjoy their food and the healthy options they have including their smoothies and salads. Unfortunately their customer service standards don’t match. When I was waiting in line with a small child who was impatient, no one asked me to go to the order here sign which was not visible unless you walk all the way around. I was standing at the checkout and was butted by a few customers whom also ordered there. I was just ignored until I asked for my order. The cashier told me to order at the other side after about 10 minutes of me standing there and waiting to order and asking when I will be helped. He told me he was too busy helping other customers. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. It’s unfortunate, that next time I will take my service elsewhere as I believe that customer service and treating people with basic kindness and consideration is of importance. Cultures staff believes otherwise.

Great menu. always healthy. Their portion sizes for salads could be a bit smaller. Both my son (1.5 yr old) and I love eating here after shopping.
