Harlow's Pizza Lakewood Ohio

If you are looking for the best wood oven authentic Neapolitan style pizza this is the place to go. I went for the first time today and enjoyed a delicious margarita pizza. The crust was crisp and chewy which is exactly how a Neapolitan pizza should be! I love this place and will be back again soon for sure!

I'm a long time Lakewood resident but never tried Harlow's until yesterday. It was Friday night and we got there around 6:20. The place is pretty small, maybe room for 25 people or so to sit. Hence, there was already a waiting list. We put our names on and went down to the distillery to have a cocktail. About 30 minutes later Harlow's called to say they had 2 seats at the bar. My wife ordered the salami pizza and I ordered the margherita pizza. Both appeared before us in about 15 minutes. The closest comparison I can think of are the fine pizzas I ate in Florence, Venice and Rome a few years ago. The dough is thin, airy, and perfectly cooked so you have a crispy crust and softer bottom dough. The sauce and cheese were light and fresh. The basil on my margherita was YUMMY. The salami and hot peppers on my wife's pizza were out of this world with flavor. EVERYTHING was perfect. I will definitely be going back to Harlow's when I have a craving for the REAL DEAL. Word to the wise....these pizzas are not inexpensive. They are 12 inches and start at $16. I DEFINITELY could have eaten 2...they were that good and light. A dinner for 2 people with 2 pizzas and 2 drinks will run you about $50.

This pizza is truly perfect—everything from the crust to the toppings and the quality of the ingredients is outstanding. I was thoroughly impressed; I tried both the Margherita and the Leo, and they were both incredibly delicious. The staff was friendly as well, and you could see the girl smiling even behind her mask. I highly recommend this place! It's become my new favorite spot near Cleveland.

As a vegan, I initially thought that having a cheese-less margherita pizza would be a strange experience, but I couldn't have been more wrong. It was, without a doubt, the best pizza I've ever tasted, and I have high standards coming from the pizza scenes in Detroit and Chicago. Lakewood is also a fascinating place. Harlow, you are fantastic, and the lovely person who delivered my order curbside was wonderful as well. The pizza was top quality, bursting with flavor, and the service was exceptional.

I don't often give out 5-star ratings, but this place truly deserves it. It's a fantastic little pizza restaurant. The pizza is exceptional! That's clearly their main focus, as you won't find any salads or pasta on the menu—just incredibly tasty pizza. The staff is friendly and attentive, and everyone seems to be smiling. The music was a bit loud, but we were still able to have a normal conversation. I would definitely recommend this place!
