Papa Johns Pizza - Lakeview Estates

The pizza is always hot and tasty but not always exactly what you ordered. I recently was rewarded a free Papadia so I got the Philly cheese and swapped out the green peppers for jalapenos or so I thought that's what I was getting but nope it was sweet green peppers not spicy jalapenos but it was free so I gave it to some homeless dude.

Each order I've placed for a papadia has been so good. Friendly staff, quick service and food is always hot and perfectly cooked!

Fantastic customer service at this location. My family and I ordered pick up. I thought there would surely be a wait considering that it's Easter Sunday but to my surprise the wait was normal if not quicker than expected. 10/10

Called in for delivery. Routed to a call center, the customer service person was very helpful but quite difficult to understand. Delivery was quoted for 37 minutes at the time. Actual delivery was twice as long. As I expected, the pizza wasn't hardly even warm, as if we were the last of multiple stops. The toppings were good, but the crust lacked flavor or desirable texture.

This store has the most amazing, caring, and friendliest team of managers I've had the pleasure of dealing with, and watching in action! I've had interactions with Jodi, Peyton, Hailey, and another young lady (unfortunately, I can't remember her name), and ALL of these ladies go above and beyond to give customers the best experience they possibly can. And that's when they've already done everything 100% correct! Whatever they're being paid, it isn't enough, and every single one of these ladies deserve a HEALTHY raise! Keep up the great work! Y'all are awesome!
