Chuck E. Cheese - Lakeview Estates

Everyone was soo nice and friendly but one cashier! I can't remember our host name, but he was super friendly, very helpful, and informative.

Visited Chuck E. Cheese for a niece's birthday party. Unfortunately, the staff was nearly non-existent and not very friendly. They often disappeared, making it challenging to get assistance for the party. When found, they made excuses. Witnessed a manager handling things unhygienically. On a positive note, the wings were good, but the atmosphere for kids lacked compared to older setups. Limited play options. Overall, not a place I would choose again for a birthday party due to service and cleanliness concerns.Parking: The open parking lot provides ample space, making parking convenient and hassle-free.

Decided to take the kids on a Friday evening it was just an ok outing. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza and 4 sodas, we got 3 game cards, and the total was about $120. They weren't crowded, which was a good thing, we played a few games, and the pizza came out about 30 mins later. The pizza had way too much cheese, lacking flavor and overall tasteless. On top of that, Chuckie never came out. The location was fairly clean. They did not use the kids' safety check. We may revisit this location but only for the games and will get food from somewhere else.

I booked a 2 hr party for my daughter’s 6th birthday today, from 4-6 pm, from the person who called me to confirm my pizza toppings before the party (Milo I think), to the young lady who checked me in, to the woman who was our party hostess/server the service was stellar across the board. I appreciate their patience, attentiveness, kindness , and how prepared they were. My daughter enjoyed her party and I enjoyed the service. 10/10 from me. Also, there was a male employee who helped us with the picture machine when it ran out of paper, the whole staff was so kind !

I took my 5 year old son there to celebrate his reading accomplishment. It was quiet at first only one other family there. It started to get busy later but not to busy. The pizza was delicious and the manager played with my son and gave him a complimentary toy. I really appreciate his service, my son is autistic and sometimes he doesn't do well in loud atmospheres but like I said it was quiet when we went. We had a blast and I will be back again and again!!
