Eastbound Grille - Lakeside

Upgrown in Texas gave me a preference for tasteful burgers. The hard part finds it here in the SD. Eastbound captures these aromas and the entire atmosphere. I love this place. I've been here for years and it's never disappointed. Today I order the bacon, Mac Burger of the month and it was fantastic. You should definitely add this to your menu. Great place to get great food with a killer ambience.

Great service. Great food.. Great atmosphere. I love going to Eastbound Bar and Grill! It's a great place to hang around as a family! My children love to go outside and play in the grass and with the arcade games. The food is great to her wings are the best! Very recommended!

Super friendly and pretty bartenders. I met some locals. They even gave me a visit to the place. They have an outdoor playground with arcade games and a free space for children. I only had a few beers, but a great mood. I'll be back when I'm back in town.

Big bar area inside. Large nice outdoor seating area. Had propane heaters to take chill off. Unfortunately they couldn’t get the one by us going. Good grouping of beers on tap and some specialty drinks they tout on menu. Menu was of bar food variety, but a notch above your typical bar. Walk up service outside and then they bring it to your table. 8 of us and no one had a bad meal. Comes out hot and portions are very adequate. Only quirky thing was the outdoor drink service. If you were outside you had to order from outside order taker. You could not go inside and order a drink to bring back out. Kinda a hassle to be 5th in line behind people ordering food when you only want a beer and the bartender inside isn’t busy. Even if you’re paying cash the bartender said she couldn’t serve me because I was seated outside. I’m sure they have their reasons, but it’s a goofy rule. Would recommend if your looking for bar food, quick service and good draft beer options. The outside is kid friendly with large area to play in, video games and riding horse machine. The night we were there was kinda a kid overload. A lot of running, screaming kids with parents that didn’t pay attention to them. Didn’t really bother us, but I know it would some people.
