On The Park - Lakeland

This is the most authentic place for New Orleans style cuisine and culture this side of the Mississippi River!!! If you are a local, you know when you go through Lakeland, STOP HERE!!! Every single thing on the menu is absolutely delicious. She Crab soup is a must! Definitely order a hurricane or Blue Margarita! The Grit Cake, whew, just do it. Natalie our server for our party of 12 was absolutely perfect! She was bubbly, had fantastic suggestions, about drinks, food was perfect and the bread/butter they give you will make you drool in anticipation.

I ordered the red beans and rice with sausages. My daughter ordered the shrimp campi...both were very delicious... New Orleans style food and drinks. We had both hurricanes. Our waitress Christine was very nice... a happy person who was very helpful. My only complaint was my white rice was a little overcooked in some places... Crunchy... but I can imagine how busy the cooks are.... the bread was brilliant and soft. Oh... by the way... Lucky is every day....even weekends.

Reservation for 5, 3 adults and 2 children. You have menu and puzzle fold with Crayons for children. Food is great and served hot. Bread was so soft. My baby loves it, so we went home.

We appreciate our server, Brandy, it offers great service, was very attentive, not in any case Pushy. We don't eat much because we want to eat quickly, that's not the case with Harry's. Shrimp Grits and sides were good. Only complaint is that the Maische Potatoes had no mash to them were quite hard, but still a good meal overall. I also love bread butter, I am sure I will return

The service was good. My drink was definitely strong. I had the chicken Jolie and he had the red fish. His was better than mine but a decent filling meal.
