I want to commend the staff at this restaurant; they are polite, attentive, and always greet you with a smile! I understand that dealing with certain customers can be challenging, and some can be quite rude, but the staff handles everything graciously. Keep up the great work, and we will definitely return. I met with the manager to get assistance with my mobile app, which hasn't charged me in months. He was the only manager willing to help, while others at different locations simply brushed off the issue and claimed they couldn't assist with app-related problems. I really appreciate him taking the time to resolve the issue, leading to a satisfied customer! It's the little things like this that truly make a difference. I hope you receive the recognition you deserve for your excellent service.

This is the cleanest and friendliest McDonald's I’ve ever visited! The lady cleaning, I believe her name is Robin, keeps everything spotless and is incredibly pleasant. The man who took my order and delivered the food (who might even be the manager) was also very kind and welcoming. We traveled all the way from McHenry to Playland, but we got so much more than we expected!

Service was top-tier per usual. For some reason the Cheeseburgers were a bit dry on this occasion. For this reason, I will stop giving 5 stars. I hope that was a one-time deal.

Has friendly staff and they're pretty fast. they always forget sauce though
