Chili's Grill - Lake Wales

Food still on our silverware when we take it out the pack,took 20 minutes to get refills....nasty and waitresses don't care..this place has gone down hill fast.

Went here for my Birthday yesterday and I will say that this location by far is the best one I've been to. Every staff was so welcoming and nice. Like you can feel the love as if they were your own family. The food also was delicious. Thank you for agreat time!!

My mom and I enjoyed our time in the lounge. Our server was very friendly, and the triple dipper was absolutely delicious! The burger bites, mozzarella sticks, and egg rolls were cooked to perfection. The food arrived quickly, hot, and fresh. We will definitely return!

I’ve had some disappointing experiences at this restaurant location recently. On my last two orders, they’ve definitely taken shortcuts. The first time, I ordered four southwest egg rolls but only received three. Then today, I paid over $4 for a Coke, but they gave me a tiny cup instead. It was noted on my DoorDash receipt that they had no big cups available, but if that’s the case, they should have given me two small cups. If I wanted to pay that much for a small Coke, I could have just bought a 2-liter at Walmart. I definitely won’t be ordering from them again.

The greeter could use some improvement; it was a bit disorganized, and the menus were scattered. The server was satisfactory and delivered everything accurately. The food was excellent—no complaints there!
