Kfc - Lake Township

I’ve never had such amazing stellar service from any restaurant or fast food place in my entire life. I was at this KFC in Bellefontaine waiting for a Mobile Order in the drive-thru. A lady named Ashley was working the drive-thru and said it’d be a 5-10 minute wait. My blood sugar was pretty low and I was feeling woozy, and without the worker (Ashley) even knowing she offered us a free drink which was very kind. She checked up on us a few times and then gave us our food, except the tenders because they were still in the fryer. We snacked on a few fries and then she opened the window and offered us a free extra fry because the ones we had were not as hot as they shouldve been. I would have gave her a tip but i only had a dollar in cash. That was the most amazing service Ive ever received. She deserves to be the manager, or a very highly rated 5+ star service elsewhere. Thank you Ashley! I hope you get a promotion.

Wanted to dine in lastnight. Realized the inside was closed. We decided to drive thru. We had a very friendly young man at the window. He got out order correct, food was very fresh and tasty.

Really delicious original style, served hot and fresh.

After ordering I was told they were waiting on chicken strips and it would be 5 mins. After 25 mins of waiting I went inside where I had to wait another 7 mins while they frantically walked around wondering where my food was. I ordered 16 strips, one pot pie and a large fry, the bill was over 50 dollars..no reason to go back, expensive food and took forever

Got one of the box dinners, 2 pieces, Chicken had no flavor an it didn't taste fresh. I used to love KFC, but I won't waste my money there anymore. Krogers,Walmart, or Community Market, has a lot better tasting Chicken KFC has really went
