Taco Bell - Lake Louise

I placed an order on the Taco Bell mobile app and did not realize until after I went to pick up the order that I had placed it for the wrong location. I went into the Eden, NC location and had accidentally placed the order for the Martinsville, VA location on Church Street. No one at the Eden location offered to look up my order OR remake my order for me. I kept a watch on my bank account and even though I never showed up to the Church Street location to pick up my food, I was still charged as if I did. I understand that it was my fault that I placed the order at the wrong location but I shouldn't have been charged $11.78 when I didn't even get to eat at Taco Bell at all that day. I ended up leaving Taco Bell and going elsewhere to get lunch. I'm very disappointed that I was still charged. I was supposed to have a $10 credit added to my account but have yet to see that either.

This tacobell, they are usually pretty friendly, polite, and gets my order right. I'm a little annoying I guess when I get nachos, I ask for my chips to be separated from the toppings I just do not want them to be soggy by the time i get home, and they never make me feel bad for me asking.

I took my thirteen year old great grandson there. He got three Cheese tacos and 2 cinnamon balls Drink.

Service was friendly, food was good, restaurant clean

Love Taco bell, and the mayodan store is the cleanest of the one's I have ate at.
