I have attended several events this year and have been amazed by the food, service and presentation by Island Thyme.

We know that working with Kristy, Chef Matt their team, that our clients will be well-taken care of throughout the planning process until the moment they gather around the dining table with their nearest and dearest. Their team always delivers an exceptional dinning experience accompanied by only the freshest, locally sourced ingredients. I cannot recommend their team enough for individuals looking for a meal filled with an infusion of the best local flavors Northern Michigan has to offer, paired with exceptional care. 10/10 recommend!

Kristy and her team pulled out all the stops to make our July wedding food delicious and our event seamless! They did it all with their head chef out with COVID. You never would have known that because their food was on point. One guest commented that she loved how every plate was beautiful and included edible flowers.The Island Thyme crew made sure I got as much time as possible to eat and enjoy. Which, as anyone will tell you, is not easy to accomplish at your own wedding. The servers and bartender were all so lovely and friendly. Kristy let us add rental items to her delivery truck, making planning easy and stress free. Can’t say enough good things about this group! I’ll dream of their lavender walleye and garlic mashed potatoes always…and think fondly of them.

I was directed to ITC because their food is yummy it 's that and more. Kristy and her team 's attention to ingredients and flavor are obvious and the added bonus is kindness. Our anniversary was perfect thanks to a delightful and delicious meal delivered with all the good wishes one could ask for.
