Pizza Hut - Lake Elsinore

Very dissatisfied with service and quality of food. we always looked forward to eating there. It will be some time before we go back.

So, this is fun...This evening I ordered food for myself and my family from this particular Pizza Hut through the app. Never had a problem with it before, until now.Turns out though when this Pizza Hut is short staffed they sub their deliveries out to Door Dash, a third party vendor. Nowhere on the Pizza Hut app does it say they use a 3rd party vendor when they are short handed. Pizza never showed up. 3 missed calls from an unknown number though. I don 't know about any of you, but in this day and age, when an unknown number comes through, I 'm not answering it. I call over to the Pizza Hut in question and get the run around about the delivery, Door Dash, yadda yadda yadda. Then he hits me with, Once the pizza goes out the door it 's out of our hands. Cool, how do I get my money back? Um, talk to Door Dash. They 're responsible. Awesome, pass the buck. Call Door Dash... to paraphrase Ozark, They don 't know sh!t about f*ck. They send me back over to Pizza Hut... the same Pizza Hut I was dealing with before. Back to the guy in the phone... who 's the driver, but he 's in fact not driving, because they 're short handed so he 's running things at the shop, and not very well. He basically tells me, Um yeah like I don 't know what to tell you sir. I ask for his manager. He 's at lunch. Call him? Oh no can 't do. Oh yes can do! Blah blah blah. Pizza Hut corporate handled it. This place is a joke. Tell your customers you might not get your pizza because we use a 3rd party.

Go to dominos, pizza bowl, sports pizza. Pizza hut is expensive. Not worth it

Trying to reach the store to make a complain is impossible! My order was wrong and no one will answer to fix it. When you're a vegetarian and they send you a pepperoni pizza instead of cheese and pineapple! Do not go there! Domingo is better

I go there often because I work next door but I felt Tony needed recognition for his great customer service. Food is always delicious and exactly how I ordered it too.
