Przekaż informację zwrotnąWe had the worst experience here this morning. I had ordered a farmer’s breakfast sandwich on a bagel. They charged me for for a Farmer’s breakfast sandwich AND a bagel. They had us pull around to the front where we waited for over 10 minutes. One of the employees brought us our three separate items. I told them we only ordered two items. They pulled the third one out and tried to sent us away. It took another 15 minutes to get reimbursed for the extra bagel we didn’t want, and in the end didn’t get my breakfast sandwich on a bagel. They did not give me the time, or attention to really listen to what we actually wanted. Do not recommend.
Waited 10 minutes then order given to wrong person. After waiting another 5 minutes asked for refund. Had to correct supervisor that they didn’t do refund right. Had to redo. Didn’t want to refund. Left with no food. Will not go back…
Staff are slow, unfriendly, and are extremely sloppy when putting together your order, have been here numerous times and always expect a better experience but it seems to get worse and worse. Go to the McDonald’s down the street where the workers are nice and competent.
Be careful this morning the staff tried to rip me off $10 with my change, and my expensive bottle of water came with its cap seal broken and the bottle was filled right to the very top of the rim. Seems there may be some scammers in play at this Tim Hortons. Other than that, staff were unfriendly, and the coffee was fine but not that hot.
Apparently customer service is dead. Funny thing about customers, they pay your wages by patronizing the establishment you work at… As of this morning, there is one less customer patronizing your business. Judging from other reviews, I am not alone.
