Wendy's - Lake Charles

I was really disappointed with my recent experience at the restaurant. They overloaded my meal with sauce and then refused to give me the right amount. The nuggets were chewy and had a texture similar to gum, and my burger was oddly sharp. I ordered a non-spicy meal, hoping for something flavorful, and I requested an extra large fry to go with the nuggets. However, the fry portions were different sizes, and the taste was off. Overall, this visit was not worth the trip.

This restaurant was similar to other wine establishments I've visited. Unfortunately, some of the staff seemed to lack an understanding of customer service. It appears that since the pandemic, they have been struggling to maintain a good standard of service.

I’ve never had a good experience at this restaurant. During my recent vacation, it was the only place open that day. The food wasn't fresh, the fries were cold, and the staff was consistently rude. If I had to mention something positive, it would be that they were quick. However, my counterpoint is that it’s easy to be fast when the food is pre-prepared and served cold.

If I could give it a zero, I'd be the woman. I had the same problems before me. the guy who commands could not make his job at all right. I repeated my order 5 times, no lie. I did not get my cups for all drinks, including lid and raw. I had to ask for the frost. our table was sticky. we passed and the other was sticky too. there was no toilet paper in the handicap bathroom, which is a definitiv violation of ADA requirements. the line was on the road when we arrived there and was still like we were gone. in the did, the lkw with whom we had been in agreement was only to come into the window. remember that we have already ordered and eaten. I would not recommend this place.

Needed a quick light lunch after a medical test, food was prepared quick and was tasty, drive thru cashier was polite and nice. Good visit.
