When walking to my table it felt nice. The hostess was so cordial. Are waiter was nice and respectful. The food was so good. Everything my family and I ate tasted so fresh and delicious. I would highly recommended. When living the restaurant we felt welcoming and I guess the bar manager was very appreciative of us been there. Overall everything was outstanding.

The food is always good however this time we waited for almost 2 hours. Granted we had two appetizers and salad before our entrees but it should’ve never taken that long. There were other parties that got seated after we did and left after dining before we even got our appetizers. When we eventually did get our food it was cold or Luke warm at best. It was very disappointing. It took forever to get refills on our drinks. I ended up going to the bar myself to get refills for my family. It was for my brother and his wife’s anniversary. A very lackluster dinner that’s for sure.

Our waitress was Nicole. She was nice but was not good. Did not get our order correct. I had to keep asking for hit tea and then spent all this time at the end of meal apologizing for the bad service. As Landry’s members I thought it was not needed. She already knew she did not do a good job. We even noticed how she asked another person if she needed help but they turned her down.

Excellent food service terrible brought salad late then in a few minutes showed with with our main course meal not enough room on table for all of this at one time 4 of us so had to give salad back with only 1/3 eaten they didnt care trying to rush us out on a friday night !!!! manager was terrible didnt care either!!!!! friday night june 21
