Outback Steakhouse Lake Charles

Our server Mrs.Charlissia was amazing, really hope next time I come back she serves us, food was amazing and delicious.

I haven’t been here in years. My 8 year old son randomly requested we grab dinner here and to my surprise, everything was super good. Our service was great, the food tasted fresh, well seasoned, and it was hot. I ordered the Queensland pasta that I shared with my 2 year old, and we all shared the caramel cookie skillet with ice cream. I can’t believe how good it was, hopefully we will go back again.

Quit coming here a couple years ago due to really bad service. Bad idea. Service is just as bad or worse, and food quality has declined to the point that I just paid $100 to feed my dogs. I really hate to do that to then, but I hate to waste $100. Waitress was not interested in taking order or otherwise doing her job. Wife actually had to bus the table so there would be room for the entrees. Wife ordered 12oz ribeye. RARE. She got the ribeeye in the pic. 1/2 inch thick. WELL DONE and tougher than tripe. Could have used it for sole of shoe.

Had a great time for my home. our server ziggy broussard was great and has brought us all to laugh. the best server I've ever had. the food was also great! had a great time here in the hope to be back soon!

Restaurant. terrible service. terrible food. I came to lake charles to visit with my family from arizona and honestly disappointed is an understatement. our drinks took an hour. our appetizer lasted half an hour, but the worst part is that our appetizer was burned cold and the sauce had a crust on the top of sitting at the window too long. after that we didn't want to participate anymore when this sad excuse of a restaurant costs, so we asked to pay for our drinks, because everyone worked at the table in a restaurant and we don't have the right to go so, but also then our server took their time avoid to bring us the ticket, my wife had to stand up and look for the server because everything we wanted to do was out there when I get back to see charcoal.
