Cravin’ Crawfish More - Lake Charles

I just brought the crawfish about 10 min ago and they were the wurst i been eating crawfish all my life and all thesr were dead. I may have eat 10 out of the 3lbs... Not good for business and no number to report this... I was nit happy and i want eat there again

Title: message to those in customer service. I was just treated with the most disrespect. I went back to inform them that the box was filled with mostly heads with no tails. Whether they gave me a refund or replaced the box, i simply wanted to inform them. He basically called me liar, told me there was no way this could be possible, he took a picture of the box and said he was sending it to his wife, asked another guy working for his opinion and the other guy agreed. As i tried to explain that the box was not tampered with and the crawfish was not eaten, he talked over me. He said i should be ashamed coming back asking for a replacement for such a cheap food item. I called my brother to tell him what was said; the guy saw i was on the phone and continued to talk loudly and said he was giving me my money back. He said i could get crawfish somewhere else for the same price. He said he had other people try some things with him but this was low...Attn: every person you encounter is unique, act accordingly, not according to your past experiences with other people. Cravin' Crawfish and More has just lost a honest and loyal customer.

This place is trash. This is the lowest crawfish. They ought to be ashamed of themselves. I've been to several seafood places and this place is the worst customer service, the worst skimpy crawfish ever. DO NOT COME HERE. #CANCELED

I go there every other day however I am here now and the lady at the window have a bad attitude.
