This place is ALWAYS clean and pleasant. The icees and smoothies are good and creative. My kids love it.

Although their products smoothies and snow cones are really good I have to say the last couple times I've come here I've been very disappointed just simply on the fact going through the drive-thru when it's not busy and it takes forever for them to take my order this is the second time this has happened I literally sat there so long I just had to back up and drive off now I can understand if you're busy but the simple fact that here lately the times that I choose to come you're not busy and I'm … – show

We’ve gone about 3 times in the past couple months, and each time they seemed closed an hour before the website says they were supposed to be. We went to go give it one more try and there was only one worker who was new and seemed young who didn’t know much. We paid for what we ordered then were informed they couldn’t make one of the drinks because they were out of one of the ingredients(after we paid). They didn’t know how to do a refund. Bad experience, ordered a bomb pop flat, got charged for the works, when we got to the window to pick-up my order. I got the drink but didn't get the pop that was suppose to come with the shave ice. I had asked for a substitute for not having the bomb pop, the young lady whom said she was the Manager said their are no key functions in her system to do a substitute. I don't get it at all. If you don't have the Ingredients to make a drink then tell the customer before the make their order....
