The Back Porch - Lake Alfred

The Barn and Back Porch is a great gathering place! Always neat things to see before or after you shop. Make sure you go when the original antique shop is open. The food is good and I always get the same thing: pulled pork sandwich with potato salad and creamy veg soup. For dessert, I get the ice cream sandwich cookie. You get to pick a sandwich, soup, salad and dessert. Vegetarian options: Plenty of salad options.

This place is sweetly adorable and you can't help but feel positively joyful while enjoying your delightful picnic lunch on the porch. I'm an iced tea lover, and they have some lovely teas. It's the perfect place for a shower, birthday or just lunch with loved ones. We will definitely be back.

This is a must do! We love going to the back porch restaurant! The food is so yummy and comes out in a little basket. The tea is always delicious! The atmosphere is so relaxing and comfortable.
