They were so slow and took 3 times to get my order right

Wendy got much better than the food is fresh and hot and service was fast and I had a good experience there.

Bad customer service. I went to lunch. There were only a few people inside. It was full. When I went to the counter, the staff said, please wait. And then kicked off the counter. I stood there for a long time and they wouldn't take my order, although there were 4 people standing there, one was the manager, three feet away do nothing. I suppose they were secured on orders and didn't want to wait time counters showing a long time between when I ordered and got my food. Hopefully the owner reads this and monitors his employees better. Although I prefer Wendy's Burger over all the others, this store will no longer receive a dim from me.

Had to repeat my order three times and they still got it wrong. They didn't give us any straws and told us they were out of BBQ sauce but when we get home we find an opened BBQ sauce container that had been used and then taped shut and given to us with our food. I called and the manager Jamie Green was unapologetic and suggested that I try a different location next time . I have the store number and will be calling the corporate office in the morning.

Eating is an almost food burger but it is good and the server were really friendly and that makes a big difference.
