Monte Alban #3 - Lafayette

We ordered steak tacos and chips salsa. The tacos weren’t good at all, the steak was definitely off- possibly old? The salsa wasn’t great either. I was hopeful having read a few positive reviews but I honestly wouldn’t go back. Price was fine.

Tiny little place that is worth the drive. the food is delicious, very generous portions, and most importantly the tea is PERFECTthis place is great. you wont leave hungry

When this weekend to eat with the family and the food was great. Service was fast and on point. Kid-friendliness: They were very friendly and patient with my kids

The street tacos crumbled apart and weren't that great. The server told me specifically things to not get because they were definitely not authentic.

The first time I had this place I was unimpressed. Second time tonight and never again. I got one dry half quesadilla that was supposed to have mushrooms and bell pepper that weren’t there. They were in my side of rice ??
