Igloo Frozen Custard - Lafayette

Wonderful first time experience here. My gf (a local) raved about it being her favorite childhood treat, and it lived up to it. Her vanilla coke taste like it was whipped in a soda fountain, and my Coke float w/ vanilla custard was delicious, fizzy, and creamy. Solid 5/5, highly recommend!

If you close at 9 PM, why were the lights turned off and the open sign switched off at 8:45 PM? We were standing there for a few minutes before then, trying to decide what to order, and people were allowed to leave right in front of us just as we were ready to order (at 8:45 PM). It was very rude! They could have said something… anything, really. We visited yesterday, July 11, 2022, and the employees inside saw us.

The order was prepared perfectly, and the quality was excellent. The prices are reasonable. The staff was satisfactory, but the wait time was quite long.

Coke Zero with marshmallow syrup is one of life’s simple pleasures, and their chicken wraps are quite delicious as well.

I had an amazing vanilla ice cream sandwich with chocolate chip cookies! They set up a food truck at Purdue this past summer, and the guy recommended the chocolate chip cookie vanilla ice cream sandwich. I’m usually not a big fan of ice cream, but the first bite of this one was pure heaven! The combination of the crunchy cookies and the sweet, melting vanilla was just perfect. I will definitely visit their shop to try out some of the other flavors!
