Golden Corral Buffet Grill - Lafayette

Tonight was the absolute worst and last time we go back. almost 60 dollars for old eating, the fruit flies on the salate, and what was not old was empty or dried. it was 630 o'clock. disgusting. we went there every weekend. never again.

I won't lie. When I go to a golden corral, I generally expect it to be a bit of a disappointment. Here, though, it was surprisingly decent. The buffet remained very clean, the staff was very attentive, and the food was pretty good. One of my favorite foods that I never get to see in a rush from, okra and tomatoes, we're readily available and quite delightful.

This place has fallen so much in recent years. Today we have experienced so many things wrong with this place. Food, neither labeled nor incorrectly, and just looked rough and of very poor quality. steak stretchable like rubber or full of fat. fried chicken was the only decent thing. Dessert toppings without utensilien so that children with hands to get nuts / sprinkles for their one and only ice cream flavor, because the others were broken. no dishes for ice cream, so customers with tellers. no tassen for ice machine, except they ask a waitress. the workers play around the bunny hopping side at the side in the eating areas. sometimes scream to scare yourself. a worker on the phone dispute or complain about his paycheck in register, while the customers wait for the service while he is on the phone. lady finally came from behind to help us. the workers wearing tubs of clean utensils on their chest directly under their kinn breathing over them. stacks of clean glasses with their fingering in the glasses on the bottom. toilets were all sprayed with urine/fathers. the management has changed around the worse in recent years and has driven this place definitiw into the floor. I don't think I'll bring my family back.

Personal super nice but food selection terrible and the quality even worse. the shrimp.was over boiled dried n hard. when we arrived there, there were hardly any potatoes left when we had no fresh potatoes left. idk, in what the cabbage was cooked, but only a hobby flavor. like chickens. more pages then actually derées. sweet heaps dried and burned. sad sad sad sad. and the price for the terrible food ridiculous. it will be a very long time before we go back, and this is sad because it was place where I could go n my children n g babys n enjoy our time n meal together. and to say this is southwest louisiana, where the cooking here beats damm near any state, it is sad and I am ashamed that this kind of food that is served in our community.

We were invited to dine here. Service was great. Server responded quickly to our request. Cleared our used plates quickly. My wife and I RARELY do buffets. This is one of those RARE occasions. Overall it was a plesant experience.Vegetarian options: Vast choices for even the most selective of vegans.Kid-friendliness: PARENTS...accompany your kids. ESPECIALLY those that are not a teenager.Parking: Parking is not too terribly bad. Plenty of parking as the turnover rate is quick.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps. No ramps needed. No arm- chairs. That would certainly have made getting up easier.Dietary restrictions: Ask first.
