Przekaż informację zwrotnąWhen I arrived at the restaurant, they had already closed the doors. The customers coming out explained that it was due to understaffing. I’m really frustrated with the management issues, which seem to stem from their public relations problems. Even around 2 PM, they struggle to attract the same number of patrons through the drive-thru. Their management style is puzzling, and it makes me wonder why it’s challenging to find employees these days. They could be faster and more efficient with the resources they have—after all, it is supposed to be "fast" food.
I waited 25 minutes in the drive-thru with only three cars ahead of me, and no one was taking orders. I even had to call to check if the drive-thru was operational. I ended up driving to Chick-fil-A, got my food, and when I passed by Burger King, the cars were still stuck in line. I would recommend avoiding this place.
The restaurant was unclean, and I had to wait over 50 minutes for my order to be completed. I would not recommend it.
Management issues here. the personal was very nice. the restaurant was unkempt, the soda machine was out of the half of the options that eating was best warm. the management was at a table in the restaurant that did not respond to the situation.
Refuses to serve me at 9:44 when their signs say open until 10. Then tried to go thru drive thru window and they refused to serve me there. Said “I only have 2 employees and a trainee”. (Had 2 cars in drive thru wow they were really swamped). Thanks anyway McDonald’s was openee
