WATCH YOUR CREDIT CARD CHARGES! I went for a drink with my girlfriend. I had 3 Michelob ultras dressed. I did not order any food. My ticket at the end was $14.75. When I closed my tab. I tipped $3. For a total of $17.75. I didn’t ask any questions. Just paid the charge. On top of the $17.75 charge. Im now seeing an additional charge of $4.92??!!? Idk what else the bartender is trying to charge me for.

Our waitress never came to see if we need anything. We had hunter down to get our check. She did not came back to take the credit card for payment. The Patty melt can use some help. The patties on the burger were dry. Sorry definitely will not be going back.

Customer service was utterly lacking today. Went in for lunch and it began with the long amount of time it took to be seated with hardly any people in there. I had to wave down my server and ask for my check and immediately set it aside with my card. She hadn’t come back so I took it upon myself to go to the front to pay and the young lady working the front just stared at me…literally. I informed her I needed to leave quickly and my server was taking too long to come back and I was told me to go back to my table to pay. No offer to find my server or find any solution. I walked to the bar and thankfully the lady working allowed me to pay with her so I could leave. All in all the food was good and the experience would have been more enjoyable with friendlier staff and folks respecting other people’s time.
