Sugar And Scribe - La Jolla

This was our second time at Sugar and Scribe and it was amazing again! We got the Blueberry love pancakes, Irish Breakfast and biscuits and gravy and it was delicious!

Cute little place with amazing food! A little pricy but not unreasonable.

Very snobby attitude from the host, food was good, and service was quick. This restaurant is definitely for more of a older crowd.

I understand that brunch is a busy time, but putting people at a tiny two-person table is a very bad move and makes for an uncomfortable restaurant experience. I will not be going back if this happens again. However, our server was excellent and we loved her.

I visit this restaurant with a small group of others almost weekly for breakfast. We return regularly because the food is delicious with a lovely presentation and the service is good. We love Donna who is an excellent and highly experienced server.
