Sealand Seafood Steaks - La Grange

My family visited this restaurant twice - once on our way to the Texas coast and then again on our way back home. The first time, I ordered blackened salmon and shrimp, and the second time I had the ribeye. Both times, I also enjoyed fries and green beans. The service could have been a bit faster, but overall, the atmosphere was relaxed and the food was excellent. I would definitely recommend it.

We ordered takeout from this restaurant and unfortunately, when my husband got home, half of our order was missing and what we did receive was incorrect. The lady who answered the phone was rude, and her attitude only worsened when we went back to the restaurant to get the correct order. She even tried to make us pay the $3 difference in what my husband had originally paid. There was never an apology offered. It was clear that customer service is not their strong suit, and based on the taste of the food, neither is their cooking. We will not be returning to this establishment.

This restaurant serves the most delicious fried shrimp I've ever had! The fried catfish is remarkable as well. The green beans were the best I've ever tasted. The service may have been a bit slow, but the meal was definitely worth the wait. The staff was very friendly.

Ordered takeout. When my husband got home half the order was missing and what we did have was wrong. The lady was rude on the phone and even more rude in person . Never one time an apology. Even after I drove all the way back to the restaurant for the correct order. She went through all the food I had brought back asking me if we had eaten any of it and then proceeded to try to make me pay the 3$ difference in what my husband had paid. Absolutely not. Customer service is obviously not their strong point and judging on how the food tasted neither is their cooking. We will not be returning.
