Subway - La Crosse

Cookies are always burnt and never makes the sandwiches how we order them online.

Not surprised the last review was a negative, now that I just came back to work after getting a sub from this location. I walked in and asked to use the bathroom. The guy (young with long dark hair and beard) look straight at me with a serious face and literally told me You have to buy something first ... I 'm not kidding you ... that is so rude and inconsiderate! I showed him the coupon I want to use and replied I will ... but can I please use the restroom first? The guy rolled his eyes and with such attitude got the key and handed it to me. he couldn 't hide his disgust! Upon my return, he asked me what do I want, then turned his back to me, while I asked if the sub I want qualifies for the coupon? While with his back towards me he replied yes ... then the whole time, while I am asking for the different trimmings he NEVER looked at me and did not make eye contact!My co-worker told me if that were him, he would have walked out without buying anything. I did not have time to drive to the other location downtown, but next time I will go there instead!

They will not let me use the restroom until I buy some thing. I will not take my food in the restroom after ordering. I take my food to go. I will never use any Subway again.

I hadn't had Subway in a long time and this visit reminded me why. They forgot the cheese on my sandwich and that was a bummer since they're so stingy with fillings anyway. There are so many local sub shops that are sooo much better. There's no reason for me to waste my money on Subway's sub-par sandwiches. I would strongly urge anybody in Lacrosse to try Lindy's or Pickerman's instead.
