Cyclist friends, on September 2, 2021, after climbing the pass braus and turini, with my two companions, I stopped at the velvet Bollene, for a lunch break, before climbing the door collars and st roch, to join the escarene. the friendly and smiling boss, after checking our health pass, as it should be, served us with plates (suite) of ravioli with excellent basilica, accompanied by a succulent olive oil. We'll never miss coming back. This note is also for hikers, tourists and residents and not only for cyclists!
